Class Format (60 minutes)

Opening Circle (5 minutes)
A warm welcome to foster a sense of belonging and comfort. Here, you'll set personal intentions and prepare for a journey of self-discovery and connection.

Siva Breathing (10 minutes)
Experience deep, diaphragmatic breathing accompanied by resonant sounds like humming or Om. This practice centers the mind, calms the nervous system, and prepares you for the laughter exercises.

Laughter Activation (25 minutes)
Engage in guided laughter exercises designed to foster joyful connection, release endorphins, boost energy, and cultivate happiness. This segment also includes a powerful silent laughter meditation.

Relaxation (10 minutes)
